Sylvia Rosales is a life-long resident of Fort Wayne.  She and her husband owned a restaurant for 20 years, which they sold in order to retire.  However, Sylvia found that retired life was not to her liking, but helping others achieve their dreams in business was exactly to her liking.  She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and provides outreach to the Spanish-speaking community for Women's Enterprise.  Sylvia and her husband are very proud of their son and daughter, both of whom are in public service, and their two grandchildren.
