Developing Your Family Child Care Business
“Where Family Child Care and Entrepreneurship Meet”
Prerequisite: 1. Orientation Training 1 and 2 or a family child care
license.
2. Microsoft Word and Excel Skills. For anyone
without these skills, there will be a 3-hour Word
training and a 3-hour Excel training offered prior to
this class. (See schedule for dates)
During this 10-week course, participants will complete:
· Budgeting / Financials, Record Keeping
· Business and Marketing Plan Development
· Pricing of Services
· Policies and Procedures
· Networking (tapping into the community resources)
There is a $100 charge for this class & an additional $20 for 2.5 CEU's at the end of the course.
Space is limited to 14 participants.
