Karol Hawthorne has been with the Transitions program since 2002. She began as a childcare assistant and was later promoted to Child Case Manager. She loves the work she does with the clients and the children, and hopes she is helping to make a positive impact on the choices they make in their lives. Karol is originally from Beloit, Wisconsin, having moved to Fort Wayne in 1986. She and her husband Ace have 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
