Indianapolis
Travel North on I69 to exit 111A, Coldwater Rd. Pass 5 stoplights, 1)Washington Center Rd, 2)Stratton Rd, 3)Essex Lane, 4)Collins Rd the fifth light is Coliseum Blvd. Turn left (South) onto Coliseum and follow the street until the red-light at Lake Ave. Turn right (West) onto Lake Ave. Drive 2 blocks (stay in right lane) until you see a bus hut and a large rectangular sign for Fort Wayne Orthopedics ( white, aqua & black sign) and turnright (North) onto Laverne. Turn immediately to the left (West) into the parking lot. Our building is to the right, in the back of the Professional Park, behind Fort Wayne Dialysis. Fort Wayne Women’s Bureau is clearly marked on the top of the building.
South Fort Wayne & Decatur
Travel North on Anthony until it intersects Lake Ave. Turn right (East) at the light onto Lake Ave. Travel East crossing Randallia, Beacon, & Hobson to Laverne Ave. You will see a bus hut and a large rectangular sing for Fort Wayne Orthopedics (white, aqua & black sign). Turn left (North) onto Laverne. Turn immediately to the left (West) into the parking lot. Our building is to the right, in the back of the Professional Park, behind Fort Wayne Dialysis. Fort Wayne Women’s Bureau is clearly marked on the top of the building.
East Fort Wayne & Ohio
Travel U.S. 37 (Stellhorn Road) or US 24 East to the West until you reach Coliseum Blvd.
From 37 turn left (South) onto Coliseum and travel South till you reach Lake Ave.(at the light). Turn Right (West) Drive 2 blocks (stay in right lane) until you see a bus hut and a large rectangular sign for Fort Wayne Orthopedics (white, aqua & black sign) and turn right (North) onto Laverne. Turn immediately to the left (West) into the parking lot. Our building is to the right, in the back of the Professional Park, behind Fort Wayne Dialysis. From U.S. 24 turn right (North) up the ramp onto Coliseum Blvd. Travel approximately 1 mile to Lake Ave. and Turn left (South) onto Lake Ave. Drive 2 blocks (stay in right lane) until you see a bus hut and a large rectangular sign for Fort Wayne Orthopedics ( white, aqua & black sign) and turn right (North) onto Laverne.
